1. Who we are

The DreamHoroscope service, available at dreamhoroscope.online (the “Service”), is operated by:

We are referred to below as the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”. “You” means the person using the Service.

2. The Service

DreamHoroscope is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product delivered through a web interface. It provides astrological content, including personal daily horoscopes, birth-chart readings, compatibility insights and tarot readings.

The content is provided for entertainment, reflection and inspiration only. It is not professional advice and does not replace medical, psychological, legal, financial or other qualified counsel. Astrology and tarot are not exact sciences, and we make no warranty that any reading, forecast or interpretation is accurate, complete or will come to pass. Decisions you make remain entirely your own responsibility.

Some readings are generated with the help of astrological data providers and artificial intelligence. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of automatically generated text.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each user may operate a single account unless we expressly permit otherwise.
• You may delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and results in removal of your associated data, subject to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or applicable law, or that is used fraudulently or abusively.

5. Subscriptions, pricing and payment

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans (tiers) with prices displayed in euro (EUR) during checkout. Prices shown include any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway, Stripe, Inc. (stripe.com). We never receive or store your full card number — all card data is handled exclusively by Stripe.
• Available payment methods include card payments (Visa, Mastercard) and, where supported, Apple Pay and Google Pay, as offered through Stripe at checkout.
• You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Failure to pay may lead to restriction or suspension of access to paid features.

Payment services are provided by Stripe, Inc., 354 Oyster Point Blvd, South San Francisco, CA 94080, USA (support: support.stripe.com). Full cancellation and refund conditions are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Right of withdrawal (digital content)

Where you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because the Service provides digital content and services that begin immediately, you expressly request that we start providing the Service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code (Act No. 89/2012 Coll.).

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Service or its content;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code;
• disrupt, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful or deceptive purpose.

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, graphics, text and software making up the Service are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights and remain the property of the Operator or its licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes for the duration of your subscription.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision taken in reliance on astrological or tarot content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. We will publish the current version on this page and, where changes are material, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you may also rely on the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Consumer disputes may be submitted for out-of-court resolution to the Czech Trade Inspection (Česká obchodní inspekce, www.coi.cz), or through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
